摘要
目的 探讨miles 手术结肠造瘘口并发症的预防及处理.方法 回顾分析18 例结肠癌造瘘口并发症的处理.结果 18 例患者并发症,2 例结肠造瘘口回缩腹腔,重新手术造瘘治愈;2 例造瘘口水肿,保守治疗后治愈;4 例造瘘口狭窄,2 例重新造瘘治愈,2 例经不断扩张造瘘口后保守治愈;2 例结肠脱出,切除脱出的肠管治愈;4 例造瘘肠管缺血坏死,经开腹手术重新造瘘治愈;1 例结肠造瘘口旁脓肿,经脓肿切开引流治愈;3 例造瘘口旁疝,开腹手术治愈.结论 重视预防,并发症就会明显减少.

Conclusion attention to prevention, complications are significantly reduced.
