摘要
目的:观察糖心合剂(Tangxinheji,TXHJ)对2型糖尿病合并心功能不全患者血浆脑钠素(BNP)、心钠素(ANP)的影响。方法:将49例2型糖尿病合并心功能不全患者随机分为对照组20例、治疗组29例,对照组采用西药常规治疗(强心剂、利尿剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、β受体阻滞剂及硝酸酯类药物),治疗组在此基础上加用糖心合剂4粒,日3次,口服,共治疗12周。心脏超声检测治疗前后左室收缩末期内径(LVESD),左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD),左室射血分数(EF)、左室短轴缩短率(FS)、E/A值;放免测定血浆BNP及ANP含量。结果:治疗组有效率为89.65%,对照组为60.00%;治疗组心功能各项指标与治疗前及对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组血浆BNP及ANP水平下降程度与治疗前及对照组比较(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两组患者治疗前后安全性指标无改变。结论:糖心合剂能够改善2型糖尿病合并心功能不全患者的心功能,降低血浆BNP及ANP的含量。
Objective: To observe the effect of Tangxin Heji on plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),atrial matriuretic peptide(ANP) of patients with type 2 diabetes and heart failure.Methods: 49 patients with type 2 diabetes and heart failure were randomly divided into control group(20 cases),treatment group(29 cases).The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine(cardiac agents,diuretic agents,blood vessels tight-converting enzyme inhibitors,β-receptor blocking lag agents and nitrates).On the basis of the above,the treatment group was treated with Tangxin Heji,three times a day orally 4 in each,a total treatment of 12 weeks.Cardiac ultrasound testing was used to test the left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(EF),left ventricular fractional shortening(FS) and E /A before and after the treatment;the radioimmunoassay was used to determine the contents of plasma BNP and ANP.Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was 89.65%,the control group was 60%;the difference of the cardiac function indicators of the treatment group,compared with those before the treatment and the control group,was statistically significant(P0.05 or P0.01);the plasma BNP and ANP levels of treatment group decreased compared with those of the treatment group and control group(P0.05 or P0.01).The security indicators of the two groups had no change before and after the treatment.Conclusion: Tangxin Heji can improve the cardiac function of type 2 diabetes patients with heart failure,reduce the content of plasma BNP and ANP.
