摘要
目的探讨产前超声对胎儿畸形的诊断价值。方法常规产前超声检查出畸形胎儿76例,并与引产后尸体解剖结果进行对照分析。结果 76例胎儿畸形中,单发畸形54例,占71.1%,多发畸形22例,占28.9%。产前超声检出畸形90处,产后诊断畸形126处,检出率71.4%。结论产前超声检查对筛查胎儿畸形具有重要临床意义。
Objective To explore the value of prenatal ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal abnormalities. Methods Seven- ty-six abnormal fetuses were dectected by prenatal ultrasound, the results were analyzed and compared with postnatal autopsy. Results In 76 eases, there were 54 cases of single malformation, accounting for 71.1%, 22 cases were multiple malformation, accounting for 28.9%. Ninty malformations were correctly detected by prenatal ultrasound, and 126 malformations were detected by postnatal autopsy, the accuracy was 71.4%. Conclusion Prenatal ultrasound has important value for fetal anomalies screening in clinic.
