锅炉烟气脱硝方案选择及其经济性分析 被引量:12

摘要 目前主流脱硝技术包括低NOx燃烧(LNB)、选择性非催化还原(SNCR)、选择性催化还原(SCR)和SNCR/SCR混合法等。针对具体脱硝项目,将经济学分析模型应用于脱硝技术的经济性评价,通过技术和经济性对比分析,总结出各脱硝工艺之间的技术差异和经济性差异。分析表明,LNB工艺投资和维护费用较低,对锅炉和煤种适应性强,为控制NOx的首选工艺。 At present, the essential denitrification technologies include low nitrogen burning (LNB) technology, selective catalystic reduction (SCR) method, selective non - catalystic reduction (SNCR) method, and hybrid method of SCR and SNCR. Directing against concrete project of denitrification, the economic analysis model has been used for evaluating economic efficiency of denitrication technologies for coal - fired boilers. Through comparison and analysis of technical and economic efficiency, the difference in technical and economic aspects of different denitrification technologies has been summa- rized up. Analysis shows that the LNB technology has lower capital investment and maintenance ex- pense,having strong adaptability to coal sorts trol. used for boilers, being the first selection for NOx control.
