摘要
从水泵与动力机配套运行的角度, 给出了水泵机组运行的可靠性度量的表达式, 将功率备用系数与机组运行的可靠度联系起来; 运用概率与统计方法建立了水泵机组运行可靠度计算模型, 给出了切实可行的计算方法. 对离心泵、轴流泵各30 种泵型、不同功率备用系数时, 机组运行的可靠度进行了计算, 并对计算的结果进行了分析, 得出了有价值的结论.
In this paper, the formula for evaluating the reliability of pumping unit operation during coordinated operation of pump and motive power machine. The probability theory and statistical method are applied to establish the calculation model. The reliabilities of 30 types of centrifugal and axial flow pumps with various spare coefficients are calculated. Some valuable conclusions have been drawn.
