摘要
目的:观察壮肾固精方对糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期患者的治疗作用。方法:将72例糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期患者,随机分为壮肾固精方治疗组和厄贝沙坦对照组各36例。治疗3个月后,分别观察2组疗效,治疗前后24小时尿微量白蛋白、α1-微球蛋白定量、尿β-氨基D葡萄糖苷酶等生化指标的变化。结果:总有效率治疗组为83.3%,对照组为69.4%,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。3个月后24小时尿微量白蛋白、α1-微球蛋白定量、尿β-氨基D葡萄糖苷酶等2组均下降,与本组治疗前比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗后组间比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:壮肾固精方治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期患者临床疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the effects of ZhuangShen GuJingFang in treating diabetic nephropathy at stage Ⅲ.Method： Seventy-two patients with diabetic nephropathy at stage Ⅲ were randomly divided into treatment group of ZhuangShen GuJingFang and control group of Irbesartan tablets on average.To observe the curative effects for both groups respectively,the changes of 24h urinary microalbumin,α1-micorglobulin and urinary β-D-glucosaminidase before and after the treatment after treated for 3 months.Result： Total effective rate of treatment group was 83.3%,superior to 69.4% of control group with remarkable difference（P0.05）.Twenty-four hours urinary microalbumin,α1-micorglobulin and urinary β-D-glucosaminidase lowered in treatment group for three months than that before the treatment with significant difference（P0.05）.Comparison between treatment group and control group after the treatment showed no statistical meaning（P0.05）.Conclusion： ZhuangShen GuJingFang has remarkable effects in treating diabetic nephropathy.
