制备方法对钌铱氧化物涂层析氯性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Preparing Procedures on Chlorine Evolution Behavior of RuO_2-IrO_2/Ti Coatings

摘要 采用热分解法和Pechini法制备了RuO2-IrO2/Ti涂层。用XRD和电化学测试方法研究了制备方法对RuO2-IrO2/Ti涂层的组织和析氯性能的影响。结果表明,添加Ir组元后,涂层为RuO2和IrO2组成的金红石相,无单质Ru。当涂层含30%Ir时,涂层的综合性能最好,电量q*达498.9 mC.cm-2。Pechini法制备的RuO2-IrO2/Ti涂层的析氯活性比热分解法制备的涂层好。 RuO2-IrO2/Ti coatings were prepared by thermal decomposition and Pechini procedures.The structure and chlorine evolution behavior of the coatings were investigated by XRD and electrochemical test.The results show that the coating with Ir is a rutile solid solution consisting of IrO2 and RuO2 and free of elemental Ru.The coating with 30%Ir offers the best combination of properties,with cyclic voltampere q* reaching 498.9 mC·cm-2.The RuO2-IrO2/Ti coating prepared by the Pechini procedure is superior to that pre pared by the thermal decomposition procedure in the chlorine evolution activity.
