摘要
用气相色谱法测定不同年龄、不同径级及16种施肥组合的马尾松松脂的化学成分,分析比较各处理之间成分差异。结果表明:不同年龄、不同径级及16种施肥组合的马尾松松脂的主要成分基本一致,只是各成分含量略有不同,存在一定差异,含油量有随着年龄以及径级的增大而增加的趋势,2号、3号、4号、14号和16号施肥组合的含油量高于空白对照。各处理马尾松松节油的α-蒎烯含量均很高。
Determination of different ages,different diameter and fertilization of the chemical composition of pine resin,analysis and comparison of the treatment difference between the components were carried out.The results show that the main components of the resin were basically identical each other,only the contents of composition were slightly different.The oil content increased with the increase of age and diameter.The oil contents of No.2,No.3,No.4 and No.16 fertilization were higher than the control's.α-pinene content of turpentine pine in all treatments were very high.
