摘要 在输气管道中 ,由于气体介质与管道系统的相互作用 ,会使管道系统发生振动。管道振动对生产和安全造成很大的威胁。因此 ,对这种现象进行分析 ,有利于管道系统的合理设计和管理 ,有利于提出可靠的防振措施。管道系统振动的原因主要有两方面 ,一是介质对管道系统产生的振动力 ,即激发信号 ,如气流在压缩机进、出口 ,分支节点部位产生的振动力 ,清管器通过管桥时对它的作用等 ;另一方面是对激发信号的响应 ,其响应除了和激发信号的波形有关外 ,还和管道系统本身的特征 ,即系统的刚度及支撑 ,质量及其配置等情况有关。在分析输气管道系统振动时 ,首先根据气体在管道系统中的不稳定流动 ,分析流动参数的变化 ,进而确定出气流对管道系统的作用力。在此基础上 ,针对管道系统的受力 ,采用集中质量法分析了它的振动。最后还给出了算例。实际应用表明 ,文中所采用的方法可用于分析输气站、线的振动问题。 In gas transmission line,vibration will occur due to the interaction of gas medium and pipeline system.Because the vibration of pipeline has a great threat against production and safety,the analysis of this phenomenon is favourable for the rational design and management of pipeline system and for taking reliable vibration proof measures.The main causes of the vibration in pipeline system are in two respects:The first is the vibrant force of the medium acted on pipeline system,i.e.exciting signal,such as the vibrant force caused by the gas flow at the compressor′s inlet and outlet and at the ramified and nodel points as well as the action of pig passing through pipeline bridge,etc.;The second is the response to the exciting signal,which is relating to the characteristics of the pipeline system,i.e.the rigidity,support,quality and equipments of the system besides the waveform of the exciting signal.For analyzing the vibration in gas transmission line system,the change of flow parameters is analyzed first according to the unsteady state flow of the gas in pipeline system and then the acting force of the gas flow on pipeline system is determined,and based on this and in the light of the borne pressure in pipeline system,the vibration is analyzed by using intensive quality method and finally the calculation example is given out.The practice in applying this method shows that the method proposed in this paper can be used for analyzing the vibration in gas transmission station and pipeline..
