摘要
以美国多动症问题从越轨行为问题到临床医学问题的发展变迁为例,展现出医学化理论视角在剖析有关问题中的独特价值。多动症的诊断目标从儿童到成人的全覆盖,表明越轨行为医学化的社会逻辑正在扩张。多动症问题的社会学研究有可能成为揭示中国社会医学化趋势的切入点。
Taking the development of Attention Deficit Disorder（ADD） from deviant behavior to a clinical problem for example,this paper illustrates the unique value of the theoretic perspective of medicalization.ADD,originally an occurrence only with the children,is beginning to influence adults,which shows that the medicalization of deviant behaviors is an ever-increasing trend in the modern society.The sociological study on ADD might be a breakthrough point for revealing the medicalization trend in China.
