摘要
目的:探讨分析宫腔注射药物对慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效及复发率。方法:选取我科2010年3月至2011年10月收治的慢性盆腔炎患者60例,采用宫腔药物注射,1疗程注射7次,使用2个疗程。随访观察疗效及复发率。结果:总有效率为95.0%,随访6个月复发率8.3%,随访1年复发率为18.3%。结论:宫腔药物注射能有效使药物直达患处,疗效较佳,减少盆腔炎的复发率,值得在临床推广。
Object： To study effect of uterine injection treating chronic pelvic inflammation injection and relapse rate. Methods： Choose 60 chronic pelvic inflammation patients in Mar. 2010 to Oct. 2011 to give uterine injection with 2 course. Follow-up curative effect and the recurrence rate. Results： The total effective rate was 100%, the recurrence rate within 6 months was 8.3%, within 1 year was 18.3%. Conclusion： Use uterine injection could let medicine get to focus directly to get better effect, reduce recurrence rate to extend in clinical.
