摘要
目的探讨产科病区护理风险因素及管理方法。方法回顾2009年1月～2010年12月收治的2578例孕产妇的临床资料,将其分为对照组1275例和干预组1303例,两组孕产妇的一般资料均无显著性差异,具有可比性。通过比较两组差错、风险发生率、护理质量、患者满意度,分析产科病区护理风险因素,探讨管理方法。结果干预组实施护理风险管理后,差错(2例)、风险事件(3例)、护理纠纷(2例)的发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.01),而护理质量(98.9±0.8分)、孕产妇满意度(99.1±0.5分)均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论产科病区实施护理风险管理有助于改善病区风险发生情况,提高护理质量,改善护患关系,值得进一步推广。
Objective To explore both risk factor and management method of nursing in obstetrics department.Methods Refer to clinical data of the cases of 2578 maternity patients that our hospital receive and cure during January,2009 to December,2010.These cases were split into two different groups,control group（1275 cases） and intervention group（1303 cases）.It is comparable for them due to there are no obviously differences between two groups.To analyse the risk factors of obstetrics department and explore the managements through the comparison of error,incidence of risks,quality of nursing care,satisfaction degree of patents.Results the occurrence of mistakes（2 cases）,accidents（3 cases） and nursing disputes（2 cases） from the intervention group that implement the risk management for nursing care are around P0.01 lower than the control group.Moreover,both the nursing quality（98.9 ± 0.8 points）and maternity patents＇ satisfaction degree（99.1 ± 0.5 points）of intervention group are signally higher than the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion The implementation of nursing risk management in obstetrics department is conducive to lower risks and improve quality of nursing care and relationship between nurses and patents.It is worthy to be popularized
