摘要
目的用TOPSIS法对医院运行管理质量做出客观准确评价,为医院管理部门制定决策提供依据。方法应用TOPSIS法从资源配置、工作负荷、治疗质量、工作效率四个方面对医院2008年-2011年运行管理质量进行综合评价和分析。结果评价结果与医院实际情况相符,即2011年最佳,2008年最差。结论 TOPSIS法计算简便、应用灵活,具有实用性,适宜在医院运行管理质量评价中推广。
Objective Using TOPSIS to evaluate hospital management quality objectively and accurately,and provide evidence for decision-making.Methods Making comprehensive evaluation and analysis about operation management quality from 4 parts of the allocation of resources,work load,the treatment quality,the efficiency by TOPSIS method from 2008 to 2011.Results Evaluation results were correspond to the actual situation of the hospital,2011 the best,2008 the worst.Conclusion The TOPSIS method is simple,flexible,practical,suitable for hospital operation management quality evaluation.
