摘要
本文对酪素的物理化学性质、酪素的物理和化学改性方法及手段、改性酪素在皮革涂饰中的应用及新发展进行了详细地阐述,并简要介绍西北轻工业学院研制的改性酪素CAAS系列产品的改性方法、理论研究及产品性能。
In this paper, the physical and chemical properties of casein, the physical and chemical methods of modification of casein and the application and its dcvelope of modified casein on leather were stated in detail. The methods and theories of modification and the properties of the products of modified casein CAAS series prepared in North-west Institute of Light Industry were introduced chiefly.
