摘要
目的评价中西医结合治疗内分泌失调性不孕症的疗效。方法回顾性分析2009年6月至2011年7月我院136例内分泌失调性不孕症患者,随机分为2组,对照组单纯应用西药治疗,治疗组给予中西医结合治疗,比较2组疗效。结果治疗组治愈率为73.5%,总有效率为95.6%,对照组治愈率为55.9%,总有效率为79.4%,2组治愈率及总有效率比较均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗内分泌失调性不孕症能显著提高治愈率,疗效确切,值得临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of combining traditional chinese and western medicine for treatment of endocrine dysfunctional infertility.Methods Retrospective analysis of 136 patients with endocrine dysfunctional infertility from June 2009 to July 2011,which were randomly divided into two groups,control group received western medicine,treatment group received combining traditional chinese and western medicine.Clinical efficacy were compared between them.Results The cure ratio and total effective ratio of treatment group were 73.5% and 95.6%,respectively.The control group were 55.9%,79.4.There were significant difference in cure ratio and total effective ratio between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Combining traditional chinese and western medicine could improve the cure ratio of patients with endocrine dysfunctional infertility,and has a significant efficacy,should be worthy of clinical application.
