摘要
目的 了解肝功能不良病人术后早期进行肠内营养的疗效及安全性。方法 将 2 5例肝胆管手术后肝功能不良病人随机分成两组 ,分别于术后第 3天进行肠内和肠外营养 ,共 10天 ,观察营养状况、肝功能、电解质、空腹血糖及胃肠道功能的变化。结果 (1)两组病人的营养状况及肝功能均明显改善 ,与术前相比差异有极显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ,组间差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。 (2 )两种营养方法均能纠正由于手术所致的电解质轻度异常 ,而对血糖无明显影响。 (3)肠内营养能促进胃肠功能早期恢复。结论 肝功能不良病人术后早期胃肠内营养具有安全、有效且费用较低等优点 ,可代替肠外营养。
Objective\ To understand the safety and effect of treatment of enteral nutririon(EN)on patients with hepatic dysfunction in the early postoperation.Method\ 25 patients with hepatic dysfunction resulting from the operation on liver and biliary diseases were divided at random into 2 groups,13 receiving EN,12 total parenteral nutrition(TPN),from 3 to 13 days after operation.The changes of hepatic function(HF),condition of nutrition(CN),blood electrolyte(BE)and free-food blood sugar(FBS)were measured,and the changes of gastroenteric function were observed.Results\ (1)The HF and CN of 2 groups were improved significantly(P<0 01).(2)The mild abnormities of BE resulting from the operation were corrected with EN and TPN,however,the FBS was not influenced.(3)It was useful to resume the gastroenteric function of patients if given the EN early.Conclusion\ It was safe and effective that patients with hepatic dysfunction were givern EN in the early postoperation,and the cost of EN was cheaper than TPN.
