摘要
近年来随着艾灸作用机理研究的深入,艾灸产生的局部温热效应及其机制已成为该研究领域的关注焦点。本文将分别从艾灸温热刺激对局部组织温度的影响、艾灸温热刺激的生物物理学特性,及艾灸温热刺激后施灸部位的分子响应这三个方面综述艾灸温热效应的研究概况,并探讨艾灸温热效应局部作用机制研究可能潜在的分子靶点,以便为相关研究提供参考。
As investigation of moxibustion mechanism,located warm effect induced by moxibustion and its mechanism have been attracted more and more attentions.To explore more deeply,this article summarized the study advance on warm effect elicited by moxibustion on basis of the relevant studies from biophysics characteristics of moxibustion,its impact on temperature of located issues and its molecule responses,and pointed out potential molecule targets of warm effect induced by moxibustion.
