摘要
通过对报道农民企业家的案例进行分析,揭示了农民企业家取得成功的关键因素,在此基础上提出了农民企业家成长与培养的路径,即解决文化水平低的瓶颈、转变相对滞后的管理模式、扭转资金短缺和融资不畅的困境。
Through analysis on cases of farmer entrepreneur,the key factors for success were revealed.On the basis of this,some suggestions for farmer entrepreneur cultivation were put forward,namely solve low cultural level,change relatively lagging management pattern,get rid of the dilemma of fund shortage and financing difficulty.
