麻黄碱复合预注法对顺式阿曲库铵起效时间和插管条件的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨麻黄碱预处理复合小剂量顺式阿曲库铵(cisatracurium,Cis)预注对Cis起效时间以及插管条件的影响。方法择期全麻手术患者160例,美国麻醉医师协会Ⅰ～Ⅱ级,随机分为4组(n=40)。对照组(A组);麻黄碱预处理组(B组);单纯Cis预注组(C组);麻黄碱预处理复合Cis预注组(D组)。比较各组Cis起效时间,并评估插管条件。结果 D组插管剂量Cis起效时间短于其他3组(P<0.05),且插管条件优于其他3组(P<0.05)。D组注射插管剂量肌肉松弛药前平均动脉压、心率与诱导前问的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论麻黄碱预处理复合小剂量Cis预注与两者单独使用相比,可进一步缩短Cis起效时间及减少心血管不良反应。
