急性肾损伤新型生物标志物的研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 急性肾损伤（AKI）是肾脏滤过功能迅速下降的一个阶段，是一种南多种病冈（包括肾前性、肾性、肾后性）引起的临床综合征。表现为肾功能急剧下降，体内代谢产物滞留，水、电解质及酸碱平衡紊乱。近年来南于糖尿病、心血管疾病、对比剂肾病及老龄化使得AKI的发生率迅速增加。流行病学研究显示住院患者AKI的发病率为1％～7％，而ICU为30％，
