摘要
目的:为从循证医学的角度来探讨丙种球蛋白与皮质激素治疗儿童急性特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的临床疗效。方法:检索中国期刊网、万方数据库及中国生物医学文献数据库,获得已发表的丙种球蛋白与激素治疗儿童急性ITP的相关文献。根据临床和统计标准进行合并分析,来评价丙种球蛋白与激素治疗儿童急性ITP的显效率及有效率的差异。结果:共检索到符合条件的文献8篇,并纳入Meta分析。利用Revman4.2软件对所有文献的显效率与有效率进行Meta分析。结果显效率比较,Z=3.10,95%CI(1.26～2.02),而有效率Z=2.47,95%CI(1.26～7.34)。结论:对于儿童急性ITP,丙种球蛋白的治疗效果明显好于激素。
OBJEVE To evaluate the efficacy and safety of globulin and corticosteroids for the treatment for childhood ac tue idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura （ITP） by the way of evidenc based medicine . METHODS China Journal Website , Wanfang Database , China Biological Medcine and Pubmed were searched for related clinical trails of the globulin and corticoste roids treatment for the childhood actue ITP which were published. According to the combinated study of the clinical and statistical criteria, the effect of globulin and corticosteroids treatment was assessed by Meta analysis. ResSULTS A total of 8 original articles were involved in the Meta analysis. The result of excellence rate was Z= 3. 10, 95% CI（1. 26 - 2. 02） ,and overall efficacy was Z = 2. 47,95 % CI（ l. 26 - 7. 34） by the way of Meta analysis. CONCLUSION The effect of globulin on actue ITP in children is better than that of corticosteroids.
