吸收塔进石灰石浆液量频降原因分析

摘要 某厂脱硫系统采用石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫工艺。在吸收塔进石灰石浆液过程中,出现了石灰石浆液流量短时间内突然从20 m3/h降至4 m3/h的现象,重启冲洗管路后,该现象再次出现。对吸收塔进石灰石浆液量频降的原因进行了分析,提出了运行控制措施,吸收塔进石灰石浆液量频降的问题得以控制。 The limestone-gypsum wet desulphurization technology was adopted in the FGD system of a power plant.During the limestone slurry is flowing into the absorption tower,in a short time,the limestone slurry flow into the tower rapidly reduced from 20 m3/h to 4 m3/h.After the pipeline had been washed,the phenomenon appeared once again.The reasons of the repeatedly reducing of the limestone slurry flow into the absorption tower were analyzed;some operation control measures were put forward;and the problem was under control.
