摘要
具有柔性构架的转向架已经广泛使用于城市轨道交通车辆.柔性构架简化了一系悬挂,缩短轴距,提高曲线通过性能.本文介绍了一种新型的、抱轴式永磁同步电机直接驱动的柔性构架转向架设计方案.构架的柔性由工字型的横梁提供.使用Simpack软件分析了柔性构架的刚度参数对车辆稳定性、脱轨安全性和平稳性的影响,模型中将柔性构架处理为采用多向弹簧连接的两个侧梁刚体.仿真分析表明,柔性构架的抗菱刚度对蛇行稳定性和横向平稳性有显著影响,扭曲刚度则对脱轨安全性有明显影响.为了满足动力学性能,柔性构架应具有高的抗菱刚度和低的扭曲刚度.
The power bogies with flexible truck have been adopted in urban mass transit for their simple primary suspension and short axle spaces which decrease the angle of attack and wheel/rail lateral force. The scheme of a new power bogie with a flexible truck and permanent - magnet synchronous motors which direct drive wheelsets without gear was presented in this paper. The lateral beams of truck were design to an I'shape to pro- vide the flexibilities. The effects of truck flexibilities on dynamics performance were simulated by Simpack soft- ware in which the flexible truck was treated as two rigid side frames which were linked by a multi - direction spring. The simulation results show that the wrap stiffness distinctly affects the hunting stability and torsion stiff- ness affects the derail safety. The flexible truck should possess hi^her wrar~ stiffness and lower torsion stiffness.
