摘要
目的:探讨益肾活血片联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将78例患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例,对照组38例。两组患者均给予糖尿病基础药物治疗方案,同时对照组给予厄贝沙坦片治疗,治疗组给予益肾活血片联合厄贝沙坦片。结果:两组患者24 h尿微量白蛋白、β2-微球蛋白(Urineβ2-Microglobulin,β2-MG)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组治疗后血清胱抑素(cycC)下降水平较治疗组高(P<0.05)。结论:益肾活血片确实具有促进厄贝沙坦片控制血压的作用,能良好控制血压,进一步改善肾损害。
Objective：To explore the clinical effects of Yishen Huoxue tablets combined with Irbesartan on the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods：78 cases of diabetic nephropathy with blood stasis and kidney-yin deficiency were randomly divided into two groups with the treatment group of 40 cases and the control group of 38 cases.Patients of both groups were given foundational drug treatment for diabetes,while the control group was given Irbesartan tablets based on the foundational treatment and the treatment group was given Yishen Huoxue tablets combined with Irbesartan.Results：There were no significant statistic differences in urinary albumin excretion rate and urine β2-microglobulin levels of both groups（P0.05）.After treatment,the level of the declination of serum cystatin（cycC） in the control group was higher than the treatment group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Yishen Huoxue tablets can definitely promote Irbesartan in the control of blood pressure,and have certain clinical significance in the well control of blood pressure and further improvement of kidney damage.
