摘要
目的:对中药治疗肾病性水肿的研究进行评述。方法:总结近年来中药治疗肾病性水肿的研究现状,分析其适应症和治疗特点。结果:中药黄芪、牵牛子、商路、防己、猪苓在治疗难治性肾病性水肿具有一定的治疗优势。结论:中医药治疗肾病性水肿疗效显著。
Objective：To make a comment on the treatment of renal edema by Chinese medicine.Methods：The study actuality on the treatment of renal edema by Chinese medicine in recent years was summarized to analyze the indication and treatment characteristics of renal edema.Results：Chinese medicines such as Astragalus,Pharbitidis,Phytolacca acinosa,Menispermaceae and Polyporus have certain curative superiority in the treatment of refractory renal edema.Conclusion：Chinese medicine has significant curative effect on the treatment of renal edema.
