摘要
常见的机械密封端面温度近似解析法均将静环表面作为绝热边界处理,未考虑热量从静环上的传递,计算结果存在误差。根据明确定义的热传导角,考虑热量在机械密封动静环端面的分配,建立混合摩擦状况及全液体润滑状况下机械密封端面温度计算模型,获得一种更合理地确定机械密封环端面温度分布的近似解析方法。与常见的其他近似解析方法相比,该方法概念明确、计算简洁,计算结果更接近实际。分析端面温度分布的影响因素及其影响规律,结果表明角速度、导热系数比、努赛尔数、微凸体接触的当量压力对端面温度分布有明显影响。
The common approximate analytical methods for calculating the face temperature of mechanical seals usually suppose that the surfaces of the stator ring are insulation,without considering the heat transfers through the stator ring,and the results exist error.According to the defined heat conduction angle,considering the heat distribution of mechanical seal face,the temperature calculation models of mechanical seal was set up for mixed friction and all fluid lubricating friction,a more reasonable new approximate analytical method calculating the face temperature distribution of mechanical seal was developed.This new method for calculating the end face temperature is more explicit and easier,and the calculating results are closer to the reality,compared with other commonly used approximate analytical methods.The influence factors and its laws on the face temperature distribution were analyzed.The results show that rotating angular velocity,conductivity ratio,Nusselt numbers and equivalent pressure of asperity contact have obvious effect on end face temperature distribution.
