摘要
对中国内地高影响力论文及其19位第一作者信息进行深度的跟踪、挖掘，从论文学科、排名、作者经历等角度出发，分析得出关于人才成长和培养的结论和建议。从分析结果看，中国的高影响力自主论文在学科分布上非常集中，论文作者立足国内做出了被国际所承认的研究成果，并且能够长期坚持在科研一线，为国家科研事业继续贡献力量。
Based on the statistical data of authors of highly cited papers in China mainland, the article gets more detail information of 19 the first authors through internet and then mining it. We can conclude that highly cited papers in China mainland is only distributed in some disciplines, and after achieving great results gained the worldwide recognition, scientists still persist in their research and continue to contribute to the scientific research of our country.
