摘要
对32例慢性精神分裂症病人采用联合检查法分别做检查和再检查。量表总分和分量表分各评定者间一致性,ICC为0.973～0.999,P<0.001。检查与再检查一致性,ICC为0.998;p<0.001。36个项目各评定者间一致性,ICC为0.541～0.987,p<0.001。结果表明,本量表信度良好。
This paper evaluated the reliability of an interview protocol proposed by the authors to assess the effectiveness of psychiatric inpatient rehabilitation. The scale included 36 items covering five aspects, the daily life activity, interpersonal skills, personal skills, personal hygiene and social interests. Physician and nurse evaluation teams did concurrent assessments for two times. Both the correlation and test and retest reliability of the overall scale and of the five subscales were excellent (ICC=0.973-0.999 P<0.001). The preliminary analysis showed that 29 out of the 36 items(81%) were able to reflect different level of psyehosocial disability. This protocol might potentially solve the problem how to compare the effectiveness of different rehabilitation methods.
