摘要
TiO2品位为10.97%的某锐钛矿,经浮选获得品位为30.91%的粗精矿,对该浮选粗精矿进行"加碱焙烧-盐酸中和"的化学选矿试验研究。研究表明,氢氧化钠用量300kg/t,焙烧温度500℃,焙烧时间40 min,盐酸用量15kg/t,中和时间10min,对TiO2品位为30.91%的粗精矿,化学选矿可以将TiO2品位提高到67.63%,回收率为87.03%。采用浮选-化学选矿工艺能有效实现细粒难选锐钛矿的选矿,为该类矿物的开发应用提供了一种新途径。
A roughing concentrate with grade of 30.91% and recovery of 80.32% was obtained by flotation.The chemical mineral processing of "alkalify roasting and hydrochloric acid neutralization" was carried for the roughing concentrate.It was shown that the consumption of sodium hydroxide was 300 kg/t,the roasting temperature was 500 ℃,the roasting time was 40min,the consumption of hydrochloric acid was 15 kg/t,the neutralization time was 10min.The roughing concentrate with grade of 30.91% increased to 67.63% and the recovery was 87.03%.It provided a way for the processing of the fine particle and refractory anatase ores.
