摘要
目的:探讨舒肝解郁胶囊治疗肝郁脾虚型抑郁症的疗效与安全性。方法:将60例肝郁脾虚型抑郁症患者,按照随机数字表随机分为研究组和对照组各30例,研究组采用舒肝解郁胶囊治疗,对照组用帕罗西汀治疗,疗程6周。用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、中医疗效指数评定疗效,用治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果:①按HAMD评分评估临床疗效,研究组和对照组疗效相当(P>0.05)。②按中医疗效指数评估临床疗效,两组比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒肝解郁胶囊治疗肝郁脾虚型抑郁症具有较好疗效,提示中医辨证治疗抑郁症具有一定的优势。
Objective：To explore the efficacy and safety of Shuganjieyu capsules in the treatment of depression of hepatic stagnation and spleen deficiency type. Methods ：The 60 patients of depression of hepatic stagnation and spleen deficiency type were randomly assigned into the study group and the control one（ each n = 30 ）. The study group was given Shuganjieyu capsules for 6 weeks, and the control group was given Paroxetine for 6 weeks. Using the HAMD and TCM curative effect index to evaluate curative effect, with the TESS to evaluate adverse reactions. Results： ①The curative effect assessed according to HAMD score showed that there was no difference between two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. ②The curative effect was assessed according to TCM Curative Effect Index, the total ef- fective rate in the study group was much higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： Shugan jieyu capsules has a good curative effect on the depression of hepatic stagnation and spleen deficiency type, which indicates that Traditional Chinese Medicine based on syndrome differentiation in the treatment of depression has an advantage.
