摘要
通过对66个HRB500钢筋试件的拉拔试验,研究影响HRB500钢筋粘结性能的主要因素.研究结果表明锚固长度的减小、保护层厚度的增大、配箍率的提高、锚筋屈服强度及混凝土强度的提高,会导致HRB500钢筋的粘结强度增大;此外通过对24个内贴片试件的分析发现,HRB500钢筋间的粘结强度峰值随着拉拔力的增长而逐渐内移,与其他类型月牙肋钢筋受力相比,峰值位置点有所前提.
The bond performance between HRB500 reinforcing bar and concrete is studied by a pull-out experiment on 66 specimens.The test results reveal that the bond strength increases with the decreasing anchorage length and increasing stirrup ratio,thickness of concrete cover,yield strength of reinforcing bar,and concrete strength.The bond stress distribution was analyzed through 24 specimens with strain gauge.It shows that the peak of bond strength is inside moving with the growth of the load.Compared with other bars,the point of the peak appears earlier.
