摘要
以丙烯酸异辛酯(EHA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为软单体,甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为硬单体,丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)为交联单体,过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,乙酸乙酯为溶剂,采用溶液聚合法制备了一种溶剂型聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶。考查了各单体用量对压敏胶综合性能的影响。结果表明,当软单体质量分数为85%、MMA质量分数为5%、AA质量分数为6%和HPA质量分数为4%时,PSA综合性能优异,可满足反光膜的使用要求。
Using butyl acrylate (BA) and ethylhexyl acrylat (EHA) as the soft monomers,methyl methacrylate (MMA) as the hard monomer,acrylic acid (AA) and hydroxypropyl acrylate (HPA) as the crosslinking monomers,benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as the initiator,ethyl acetate as the solvent,a solvent-type polyacrylate pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) for reflective sheeting was synthesized by solution polymerization.The influences of various monomers content on the combination performances of the pressure sensitive adhesive were discussed.The results showed that the PSA has excellent combination property and can all meet the application requirements of reflective sheeting when the contents of soft monomer,MMA,AA and HPA were 85%,5%,6% and 4%,respectively.
