摘要
在HG2008/18 .2- YM2 型四角切向燃烧锅炉的冷态模型上,对燃烧器区的流场和水冷壁附近两相邻炉墙的压力进行了实测。实测结果表明:①燃烧器射流根部压差较大,随着射流前展,射流两侧的压差明显减小;②燃烧器射流的几何轴线与前墙夹角α增大时,射流两侧的压差就减小;③随着燃烧器高宽比(h/b) 的增大,壁面区域相对压力的绝对值增大,气流越易贴壁;④燃烧器只开1 个喷口时,射流偏转比开4 个喷口时的小得多。
In this paper the authors have carefully measured the flow fields in the burner zone and pressure distribution along the adjacent wall on an isothermal model, and studied the effect of the structure and operational parameters of jet burner on the aerodynamic field in the furnace, and obtained the factors of leading to jet deflection. The calculated results of velocity distribution in the isothermal model conform qualitatively with experimental results.
