摘要
通过采用SLP方法,在分析收集四川成都总机厂有关产品、制造工艺和生产物流的基础数据后,结合有关约束条件来绘制物流分析与物流相关表、作业单位相互关系分析表、各作业单位的位置相关图和作业单位面积相关图,设计合理的车间布局;应用Flexsim系统仿真软件对优化后的车间布局进行生产流程的仿真运行,并与原车间布局在物流效率上进行对比,从而求证新车间布局方案的先进性。
After analyzing the basic data collected on the products, manufacturing processes and production logistics of Chengdu Machinery Works as well as the relevant constraints, the paper designs the reasonable layout of the workship by using the SLP method to draw the logistics analysis table, operational unit interaction table, table of the relative positions of the operational units and the table of relative operational areas. Then using the program Flexsim to simulate the production process of the workshop with the new layout, the paper compares the changes in logistics effiency before and after the optimization to prove the superiority of the new layout plan.
