摘要
讨论了将快速定量装车系统技术应用于主井箕斗装载过程中的可行性与必要性。通过工艺流程的比对,分析得出主井箕斗装载过程实现较高程度自动化控制的2个关键环节为煤仓下给煤机给煤速率的调节和带式输送机输送速度的调节,并针对这2个关键环节提出了可行的处理办法。
This paper presents the analys^s ot loading technology to skip loading process. By teaslblhty and necessity ot applying rapm quanutauve comparing the two process flows, two key links, which respectively is the coal rate regulation of coal feeder and the speed regulation of belt conveyor, are proposed to make skip loading process achieve a higher degree of automatic control. Then, for these two key links, feasible approaches are presented.
