白藜芦醇对糖尿病肾病氧化应激反应的影响

摘要
·白藜芦醇是一种植物天然多酚类化合物,多存在于常见的药用植物中·白藜芦醇可能通过抑制活性氧簇的产生、阻止核因子-κB激活、激活腺苷一磷酸激酶、激活沉默信息调节因子等途径对抗氧化应激,从而改善早期糖尿病肾病的症状·白藜芦醇具有明显的抗氧化应激作用,可避免高糖、高脂诱导的氧化应激损伤,从而在糖尿病早期阶段延缓糖尿病肾病的发展。
