皮肤屏障相关免疫细胞的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 皮肤作为机体对外界环境的首道屏障,不断受到各种微生物、化学和物理因素的影响。在抵御环境中各种危险因素侵害的过程中,皮肤屏障功能发挥至关重要作用,包括物理屏障、色素屏障、神经屏障和免疫屏障等。其中皮肤免疫屏障在保护机体免于各种刺激因素的损伤和促进机体损伤后修复都具有重要意义。文中对构成皮肤免疫屏障的相关免疫细胞作一概述,探讨各种皮肤免疫屏障的相关免疫细胞的类型、免疫作用机制及其在皮肤屏障损伤性疾病中的意义,期望通过对皮肤免疫屏障的进一步了解,为皮肤病防治提供新的思路和理论指导。 As the body's first defense against the outside environment, the skin is constantly confronted with microbial, chemi- cal and physical insults, and plays vital roles as a physical barrier, a pigmental barrier, a neural barrier, and an immune barrier against a variety of risk factors. This article presents an overview on the immunocytes related to the skin immune barrier, focusing on their types, action mechanisms and the significance in diseases with injury of the skin immune barrier. We expect to offer some new ideas and theoret- ical guidelines to the prevention and treatment of some dermatosis through a deeper insight into the skin immune barrier.
