电针治疗脊髓损伤后运动功能障碍常用参数探讨 被引量:1

Electroacupancture for treatment of spinal cord injury on motor dysfunction after commonly used parameters

摘要 目的:对电针治疗脊髓损伤后运动功能障碍的文献进行统计分析,探讨电针参数的选择并分析存在的问题。方法:收集近10年来电针治疗脊髓损伤后运动功能障碍的临床和实验研究文献,对文献中所采用的电针参数进行分析。结果:共纳入相关文献21篇,研究参数涉及频率、电压、强度、波宽、波型、针刺强度等。结论:参数应用多集中于频率、波型及刺激强度三方面,研究者对各参数的选择均存在集中性和趋向性。动物实验多选择1-3HZ频率,临床类选择频率相对较高;波型以疏密波为多;刺激强度多以患者耐受或动物局部肌肉出现轻微抽动为度。 Objective:Analyze research literatures of dyskinesia after ,;pinal cord injury which cured by eleetroacupuncture statistically,discussing the choosing of electroacupuncture parameters. Methods:Collect clinical and experimental literatures about dyskinesia after spinal cord injury treated by electroacupuncture therapy in recent 10 years and analyzing relevantparameters. Result:Bring into 21 articles totally, parameters contains frequen- cy, voltage, wave mode, waviness width, stimulus intensity, acupuncture intensity, et. Conclusion~ Research contents mainly focus on frequency, and wave mode, stimulus intensity, theparameters choosing have its concentration, experimental literatures mainly choosing frequency between 1- 3 HZ and higher of clinical literatures, mainly choosing spacing--density wave, stimulus intensity as patients tolerated or induce local muscle to shake.
