摘要
用硼酸化学活化法制备了粘胶基活性炭纤维 ,对硼酸浸泡工艺条件及相应的炭化活化条件进行了筛选 ,所制得的纤维形状好、柔软的产品 ,得率达34%~38 % ,比表面积达500~600m2/g。探讨了炭化活化的机理。
A new preparation method of viscose-based activated carbon fiber by activation with boric acid was investigated. The products with good fibrous morphology, flexible, 34%~38%of yield and 500~600 m2/g of specific surface area can be obtained when the boric acid impregnating conditions and carbonization-activation conditions are appropriately controlled. Furthermore, the carbonization-activation mechanism was preliminary studied.
