摘要
从住宅产业化的角度出发,通过对企业发展模式的研究,结合住宅产业化的特点及中国建筑企业的具体情况,借鉴国内外的经验,总结出住宅产业化背景下国内各类型建筑业企业的发展模式及路径。
Viewed from housing industrialization standpoint,researches the developmental pattern and path for real estate enterprise.In accordance with the reality of the characteristics of housing industrialization and the situation of building enterprise,this paper concludes the developmental pattern for the various types of building enterprise based on experiences at home and abroad,and finally discusses the achieve path.
