摘要
KF对钢有强刻蚀性,可形成氟铁酸盐转化膜;且铁锈能与单宁酸配位形成有机保护膜。以KF,HNO3,单宁酸,Cr(NO3)3等组成转化液,在Q195冷轧钢表面制备了无机-有机复合转化膜。通过中性盐雾试验、电化学测试、百格法测试、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)和红外光谱分析了复合转化膜的耐蚀性能、结合性能、形貌、成分和分子结构。结果表明:复合转化膜由氟铁酸钾、单宁酸-Fe3+配位化合物和单宁酸-Cr3+配位化合物组成,耐盐雾时间可达9.0 h,与基体结合良好。
A conversion solution consisting of KF,HNO 3,tannin acid and Cr(NO 3) 3 was formulated to prepare an inorganic-organic composite conversion coating on the Q195 cold-rolled steel substrate.The corrosion resistance and adhesion to substrate of the composite conversion coating were measured using neutral salt spray test,electrochemical test and cross-cut test.The morphology,composition and structure of the composite conversion coating were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectrometry and Fourier transform infrared spectrometry.It was found that as-prepared composite conversion coating consistsed of potassium fluroferrite as well as tannin acid-Fe 3+ and tannin acid-Cr 3+ complexes.Besides,the conversion coating had good adhesion to the steel substrate and was able to endure salt spray for 9 h.
