采用股骨近端螺旋刀片髓内钉治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨应用股骨近端螺旋刀片髓内钉(PFNA)治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法30例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者采用PFNA治疗,观察分析手术时间、出血量、术后并发症,并以Harris髋关节功能评分评价患髋功能。结果本组手术时间为45~100min,平均65min;术中出血100—350ml,平均150ml;术后随访10~24个月,骨折均获得临床愈合,未发现并发症;按Harris髋关节功能评分标准:优21例,良7例,中2例,优良率为93.3%。结论PFNA具有操作简便、创伤小、固定可靠等优点,对老年股骨粗隆间骨折是~种良好的内固定方法。
