时效制度对Al-5.8Zn-2.1Mg-1.7Cu合金型材性能与组织的影响

Effects of aging treatment on microstructure and properties of Al-5.8Zn-2.1Mg-1.7Cu aluminium alloy profiles

摘要 采用力学性能、电导率、剥落腐蚀试验及透射电镜组织观察,研究了Al-5.8Zn-2.1Mg-1.7Cu合金挤压材时效工艺对其组织和性能的影响。结果表明:一级时效对挤压型材性能影响不大;型材力学性能随二级时效温度和时间的增加而明显降低,电导率和抗蚀性能明显提高。105℃10h+170℃(16~18)h时效的型材力学性能、电导率和抗蚀性能达到合理匹配。 Through tests of mechanical properties, electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance and transmission electron microscopy, the effects of aging treatment on microstructure and properties of extruded profiles with Al-5. 8Zn -2. 1Mg - 1.7Cu aluminium alloy are studied. The results show that the effect of 1st aging on properties of profiles is little, the decline of mechanical property and improvement of electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance are obvious with increasing of temperature and time of 2nd aging. After 105 ℃, 1 Oh and 170℃, 16h - 18 h aging treatment, the comprehensive properties of profiles are better.
