摘要
锦西石化公司的转动阀FH351在解体检修时,发现转子与壳体之间堆积物料,发生径向及轴向摩擦,转子叶片局部损伤,壳体端面大面积研磨严重,转子发生弯曲。针对该阀体存在的问题实施了修复工作,改变了轴承的定位方式,收到了理想的效果。
During the disassembly for overhaul of the rotary valve FH351 of PP Plant of Jinxi Petrochemical Company , it was found that the product accumulated between the rotor and the shell , radial and axial friction happened , rotor blade had local damage , shell end face had severe rubbing in large area , and rotor bending occurred. Repair work was made to the problem existed in the valve body , the positioning mode was changed and ideal result has been obtained.
