摘要
为了提高供电企业员工作业风险评估水平,避免或减少企业风险损失,针对员工在作业风险评估中存在的主要问题,分析目前供电企业常用的作业风险评估方法(PES法)在实际应用中的具体操作。提出提高作业风险评估结果准确性的方法和措施,并对供电企业制定风险控制措施,提高安全生产管理人员风险决策水平提出了建议。
In order to improve the operation risk evaluation level of staff in power supply enterprise and reduce the risk loss of the enterprise,the specific operation of PES method commonly used by power supply enterprise in practice is analyzed according to main problems existed in the operation risk evaluation. Measures to improve the accuracy of evaluation results are proposed, and suggestions on how to establish risk control measures in power supply enterprise and how to improve the risk decision level of safety product manager are also proposed.
