摘要
本文以陕西黄陵风化煤为原料,经活化处理,制成腐植酸离子交换树脂废水净化剂。该净化剂系天然高分子化合物,不溶、不碎、无毒,利用它处理含Zn^(2+)废水,吸附力强、交换性好、净化率高;取材方便、工艺简单,成本低廉。经静态吸附和动态交换试验表明,在pH=7时,吸附率高,交换容量大,处理周期长。饱和吸附后,经脱附处理,可反复使用。
Weathered coal produced at Huang Ling, Shaan- xi, after activation processing, can be used as a wastewater purifying agent, which is a natural high molecular compound and a humic acid ion-exchanger. It is characterized by it' s crash resistibility, insolubility and free of tpxicity. While used to treat zinc-bearing wastewater, it shows the advantages of stronger adsorption power, higher purification rate, better exchange property, simplicity in technology, easy to exploit and lower in cost.The results from static adsorption and dynamic exchange experiments have demonstrated that at pH= 7, the purifying agent possesses higher adsorption rate and exchange capacity and longer running period. The agent can be used repeatedly by adsorption-desorption cycles.
