摘要
探讨段彩竹节纱的纺纱工艺。通过细纱机加装段彩竹节纱控制装置,成功纺制出不同竹节倍率的30 tex、40 tex和50 tex段彩竹节纱。测试了成纱性能并对喂入偏差进行了分析和测定。结果表明:在同一竹节倍率下,纱的断裂强度、伸长率以及有害毛羽数量随着号数的增大而增大;在同一纱号下,纱的断裂强度、伸长率随着竹节倍率的增大而减小,而纱的有害毛羽数量随着竹节倍率的增大而增大。指出:该纺纱装置存在的喂入偏差会使彩段竹节纱形成粗、细过度段,对成纱的粗细分布及彩段比例等产生干扰,影响设计风格,需要进一步完善与改进。
Processing of spinning section-color slub yam was discussed. Control device of section-color slub yarn was installed on spinning frame, section-color slub yarns of 30 rex, 40 tex and 50 tex with different slub multiple were spun successfully. Yarns property were tested, feed deviations were analyzed and tested. The result shows that in condi- tion of same slub multiple, breaking strength, elongation rate and harmful hairiness are increased as yarn count increase. In condition of same yarn count, breaking strength and elongation rate of yarn is reduced as slub multiple increase, harm- ful hairiness is increased as slub multiple increase. It is pointed out that thick and thin transitional phase will be made by feed deviation of spinning device. Yarn thick and thin distribution and section-color proportion will be disturbed, the design style will be effected, which should be perfected and modified in further.
