Cdc2激酶与肿瘤的相关性研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶Cdc2在细胞周期调控中起着调控G2至M期的作用。在G2后期Cdc2与周期蛋白B（Cy-clin B）结合形成Cdc2-Cyclin B激酶复合物,称有丝分裂促进因子（MPF）,促使细胞从G2期进入M期。MPF是真核细胞有丝分裂G2～M期转换所必需的蛋白激酶,是调节细胞进入有丝分裂期最关键的蛋白酶[1]。
