摘要
目的探讨急救技能评价体系在急诊护士培训中的应用效果。方法根据急诊护士能级框架,能级准入标准和各能级技能要求,有针对性地制订不同的培训内容、考核标准,实行分小组和分层次培训,比较培训前后各级别护士急救理论及技能考核成绩、医患对护理工作满意度的差异。结果实施培训后,急诊各级别护士急救理论及技能考核成绩、医患对护理工作的满意度高于培训前(均P < 0.05)。结论应用急救技能能级评价体系指导护士培训,能有效提高护士的急救理论及技能,使护士能更好配合医生对患者进行抢救,从而保证医疗安全和对患者的护理质量。
Objective To investigate the application and effect of first aid technical proficiency evaluation system in the training of emergency nurses. Methods According to the framework of t6chnical proficiency of emergency nurses, technical proficiency access standards "and all technical requirements, training contents and test standards were regulated. The training was performed in small groups at different levels. The test achievements of emergency theory and techniques, and the level of patient's satisfaction with the nursing work before training were compared with those after training. Result The test results of nurses at all levels and the level of doctor's and patient's satisfaction with nursing work before training were significantly higher than those after training(all P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Application of the first aid technical proficiency assessment system in the training of nursing may improve the skills of nurses and overall quality of first aid, increase satisfaction of patients and physicians and ultimately ensure the safety of health care and the nursing quality.
