摘要
目的了解山东省农村卫生适宜技术的培训情况,分析培训的效果及影响因素,为可持续性适宜技术的培训提供改进策略。方法对山东省5个项目县参加农村卫生适宜技术培训的3 087名医务人员进行问卷调查,采用累积Logistic回归法分析培训的影响因素。结果本次调查获得有效问卷3 087份,其中县级卫生机构181人,乡级卫生机构1 397人,村级卫生机构1 509人;平均年龄为(45.13±11.95)岁;经单因素及多因素累积Logistic回归分析显示,专家授课水平对卫生适宜技术掌握程度影响最大(OR=383.369 8,P<0.001),其次是对技术需求程度(OR=56.9971,P<0.001)、技术本身难易程度(OR=41.2232,P<0.001)。结论农村卫生适宜技术的培训应结合当地卫生人员基本情况与各项技术特点,优选高素质培训专家,灵活选择培训方式,促进县乡村卫生技术人员水平的提高。
Objective To analyze the effects and influence factors of the training on rural appropriate health care technique in Shandong province and to provide reference for sustainable feasible medical technique training.MethodsTotally 3 087 trainees of rural apporpriate medical technique training project from five counties were surveyed with a questionnaire.The cumulative logistic regression was used in the data analyses.Results Teaching ability of experts was the most important factors for the effectiveness of technique training（odds ratio=383.370,P0.01）,followed by the requiement（OR=56.997,P0.01） and the complexity（OR=41.223,P0.001） of the technique.Conclusion Good experts,flexible training method,and specific course should be promoted in rural apropriate medical techique training.
